Payment by interac transfer
Many of you have told us of your reluctance to pay by bank card on the internet. This is why we have implemented payment by Interac transfer.
By using the Interac transfer payment method, you are doubly protected:
1/ You no longer have to use your bank card. The transaction will be made directly between your bank and ours.
2/ With payment by Interac transfer, we can reimburse you as easily as paying by credit card in the event of a problem.
Finally, it's as fast as paying by credit card. You will receive your product immediately.
How to pay by interac transfer?
All you need to do, when validating your basket, is to choose the payment method by interac transfer. After validation of your order you will receive information from our interac account on which you will need to pay for your order.
For ease of processing, you will mention the order number on your transfer order.
The order will be definitively validated upon receipt of the interac transfer. You will then receive a confirmation email.
To note
The products ordered are reserved for a period of 3 days. After this period, and without receipt of payment, the products will automatically be put back into stock and the order cancelled.
